1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and lodi29 ("lodi29," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lodi29.cam (the "Platform"). lodi29 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by lodi29, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English for clarity. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

To register and use lodi29, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

6. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when creating or operating an account.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on lodi29. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under a false identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to Philippine authorities.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a functioning email address. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change. lodi29 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify lodi29 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

lodi29 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in a hold on withdrawals until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lodi29 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed during the deposit and withdrawal process. lodi29 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. lodi29 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits processed via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically credited to your lodi29 wallet in real time. Bank transfer processing times may vary. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically feasible. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification requirements. lodi29 targets the following processing timelines: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank — within one business day; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain network confirmation times. Actual processing times may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

lodi29 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of 2001 as amended. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that we reasonably suspect to be connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity, and to report such suspicions to the appropriate Philippine government authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on lodi29 are subject to game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or game lobby. The following general betting conditions apply across all products on lodi29:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per table. These limits are displayed before placing a wager.
• In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, lodi29 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• For live sports betting, bets accepted before an event and prior to any specified settlement time will stand regardless of any subsequent change in circumstances, subject to standard void rules.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk management. lodi29 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may be voided by lodi29 at our discretion. We will notify affected players and return stakes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lodi29 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, which are published on the Rewards page and supplement these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players who have accepted the applicable bonus offer within the promotion period.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise stated. Players must not register multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• lodi29 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already accepted and in progress will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
• lodi29 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lodi29 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with any lodi29 game, bet market, or system.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of corrupted play.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct arbitrage betting strategies across lodi29's markets or between lodi29 and any third-party operator.
• Making any deposit using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment instruments.
• Using lodi29 for the purposes of money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to use or operate your account on your behalf.

Violations of this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lodi29 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, user interface designs, audio, video, and compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the proprietary property of lodi29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of lodi29.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

lodi29 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

lodi29 implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All login sessions on lodi29 are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lodi29, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether lodi29 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lodi29's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lodi29 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits lodi29's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

lodi29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Instructions from PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or other competent authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed other than for cause, any remaining balance after deduction of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where an account is closed for cause (e.g., fraud, cheating, breach of Terms), lodi29 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation and resolution.

12. Responsible Gaming

lodi29 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices and the protection of vulnerable players. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and lodi29, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over such matters.

14. Amendments to These Terms

lodi29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days for material amendments.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

lodi29 also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service on the Platform at any time for operational, regulatory, or business reasons.
